Return and Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority, which is why we handle every request to the best of our
ability.
If you are not satisfied with the goods we will gladly offer a full refund within 14 days of
your order. We will not accept a refund if the goods are damaged. Unfortunately, we cannot
refund taxes, fees, charges or shipping costs.
Refunds also will be set at the price paid and not the price in the currency in question on the
date of the refund.
To return or exchange items, please contact us at info@chrysalya.it with your order number
specifying whether it is a return or exchange and we will give you full instructions.

For sale items, or promotions we cannot accept exchanges and returns.

PRODUCT RETURN

- Send an email and inform us of your return
- place each item in the original shipping bag
- insert the original or a copy of the order receipt
- enclose it in a box and secure it with tape
-shipping the package using DHL/BRT/UPS
-ship the package within 5 days of the return request and to request proof of shipment to
ensure receipt of the package within 14 days
-we are not responsible for any loss in transit
- when the return is accepted, the refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation
email
- the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days
- the customer is responsible for the return fees generated
- the product must be in perfect condition

CHANGES
Exchanges are processed only upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock
availability.
Exchanges are shipped free of charge.
If you are interested in a different item, please return the merchandise and place a new order.

During special sales, items or special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
