As soon as notification of the transaction arrives, we will process the order.
During the sale period or special promotions, order processing and customer service may take longer than expected.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free delivery on all orders over 89.90 in Italy, 150 in Europe and 300 rest of the world.
DELIVERY
Delivery to countries outside Europe may be subject to local import fees, which are your responsibility. If this is the case, the courier may contact you once your products arrive at customs to inform you of the charges due. Please be advised that this may cause a longer delivery time, as the goods may be held up in customs. You will be responsible for paying the taxes required for the release of the goods by the relevant authorities.
Delivery times given are for guidance only and do not take into account any delays caused by payment procedures or stock availability.
Italy: 3-5 working days
Europe: 4-8 working days
Rest of the world: 10-15 working days
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customs or import duties are charged when the package arrives in the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these costs, which vary from country to country. The customer assumes full responsibility for all postage, return shipping costs, customs fees, and handling charges if he/she refuses to accept the item due to taxes or duties. If the recipient refuses the package due to duties or taxes, the postage ( round-trip) and customs fees will be deducted from the refund.
